Final Sale

• All custom upholstery purchases are final sale and non-returnable. We do offer a 24 hour grace period in which you can cancel your order. Outside of this grace period we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Order Confirmation

• Before finalizing your order, please review all details carefully, including dimensions, fabric selections, and any custom specifications. Once you have placed your order our team will reach out to you to confirm your order before heading to production.

Production and Delivery

• Production times may vary based on the complexity of your custom order. You can expect 4-8 weeks from the time your order is placed to the time it ships. Feel free to email inquiry@maedavisinteriors.com for any questions or updates 

Damaged or Defective Items

• In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to repair or replace the item as needed. Please provide detailed photos of the box and piece as well as descriptions of the damage or defect for our review.

Quality Assurance

• We strive to ensure the highest quality in our MDI Collection. Natural variations in fabric color, texture, and grain are not considered defects and are part of the unique charm of custom-made furniture.
